Visit to External Stakeholder by the Department of Traditional Turkish Arts

Associate Professor Berna İleri and Assistant Professor Dr. Zeynep Arol, faculty members of our department, visited the production workshop of the İznik Foundation Tiles, one of our external stakeholders, located in İznik. Hakan Küçük, the Sales Manager, delivered a presentation on the activities and references of the İznik Foundation Tiles, followed by a detailed tour of the foundation, sharing insights into tile raw materials, infrastructure, decorating, and production processes.

Discussions were held regarding student internship applications and potential collaboration opportunities within the upcoming 7+1 education system to support our students. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Hakan Küçük and Ms. Seren Tangil for their warm hospitality and support.
