Visit to External Stakeholder by the Department of Traditional Turkish Arts

Associate Professor Berna İleri and Assistant Professor Dr. Zeynep Arol, faculty members of our department, visited the production workshop of İznik Mavi Çini, one of our external stakeholders, located in İznik. Serap Ereyli, Mahmut Çalışkan, and Ceren Çalışkan Eken, founders of the company, provided information about the workshop's activities, designs, raw materials, infrastructure, decorating, and production processes while giving a tour of the facility.

Discussions were held regarding student internship applications and potential collaborations for the upcoming 7+1 education system to benefit our students. We extend our heartfelt thanks for their hospitality and support. Additionally, we are proud that one of our department graduates is employed in the decorating department of the workshop.
