As part of the events commemorating the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the 37th World Art Educators Congress (InSEA World Congress 2023) was held at our university from September 4th to 8th, 2023, in collaboration between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Fine Arts. Within the scope of this congress, a Traditional Turkish Tile Art Workshop was organized under the supervision of Dr. Zeynep Arol, a faculty member from our university's Department of Traditional Turkish Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts.

During the workshop, participants worked on the underglaze technique on ceramic tiles. They were introduced to traditional Turkish motifs and applied them using brushes.
