Lecturer Derya Arslan from the Design Department at Balıkesir University, Balıkesir Vocational School, held a talk titled "Endemic Plants of the Çanakkale Region and Their Applications in İznik Tiles" as part of the courses on Pattern Knowledge in Traditional Turkish Arts and Traditional Turkish Textile Arts in our department. During the session, she introduced endangered endemic plants and shared her own stylization works, as well as tile and ceramic applications, with our students.
